OpenSearch upgrade issue causing claims search disruption

Claims search has been fully restored and the index is up to date. If you are still experiencing issues, please refresh your browser to clear any cached search state.

Claims search has been partially restored. Our engineering team has redirected the claims index to a recent snapshot while a full reindex is completed.

Most search functionality should be working again, though there may be gaps for recently added or modified claims. New claims may not appear in search results yet, and existing claims may reflect a slightly earlier state from prior to the issue. We will post another update once the reindex is complete and full functionality is restored.

Our engineering team is actively evaluating all available options to restore claims search. Currently, searching via Query Builder, Natural Language Query, and saved filters will return no results -- however, claims remain accessible by searching a specific claim ID directly. We will post another update as soon as there is a change in status.

AWS is working on an OpenSearch upgrade issue that is causing claims to appear missing in the platform. Customers are reporting missing claims, but no data loss has occurred and the root cause is a known infrastructure upgrade. Claims data is not affected -- the issue is isolated to the search index. Engineering is monitoring and awaiting an update from AWS.
